Duneland Beach Association

Annual Meeting

The annual meeting date will be Saturday June 27th 10am 2026. The annual meetings are a great opportunity for you to have a dialogue with your elected Board and other association members. The Board of Directors is dedicated to managing the affairs of Duneland Beach in a fair and equitable manner for the benefit of the homeowners association.

Meeting Information

The monthly Duneland Beach Association meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7 pm. Due to Covid issues the location of the meetings are to be determined and possibly a Zoom meeting.

Please send an email to info@dunelandbeach.net if you have any questions regarding your garbage, recycle or any other Service Duneland Beach Association provides to you.

Spring Leaf and Debris Pickup Information:

All leaves and debris must be at the road by May 6th/7th. If not at the road by May 6th/7th it will not be removed by the Association.

Garbage Schedule

Garbage Collection Is Every Monday: Except on Holidays and then it will be picked up the next day (Tuesday)
